Discussion Game

It was one of those dull, unremarkable mornings in an average, unremarkable company in the downtown of a big city… Sleepy secretary was seeping her half-cold coffee desperately trying to concentrate on work. It seemed that nothing could change this sluggish course of office life ... when suddenly the silence of the office space was interrupted with an indignant shout of the boss: “Everyone! To my office! Now!"  

Nobody knows exactly what happened next, only the secretary could hear snippets of phrases coming from the boss's office ...  

 

".. you had only one, ONE (!) single task - to find the answer to this question .."  

".. well, this is a VERY unusual question, no argue... BUT such clients never come twice.. if we fail the project, the news about our failure will bury the remnants of our unfortunate company forever.."  

 

“.. how could it be possible that there is no clear answer? It is 21st century…technologies… Elon Musk is about to teleport humans to Mars.. and you cannot solve this simple question... "  

“.. what do you mean you cannot agree with each other?! you are professionals ..!! "  

 

“… I don't want to discuss it anymore! You have 24 hours, so come to an agreement between all of you somehow .. "  

 

This is how the story of this meeting began… when four colleagues had to solve one of the most ancient philosophical problems ... "which came first: a chicken or an egg?”
